Lead Pastors
Scott & Christina Caldwell
Pastor’s Scott and Christina Caldwell have served in ministry for 30 years. In October of 2022, while vacationing in McKinney, Texas, they felt the Holy Spirit drawing them to McKinney. Almost a year later, with the guidance of the Holy Spirit, they moved to McKinney and prayed for God’s next step. On February 26, 2025, the dream of Pursue Church was birthed.

Due to serving as Worship Pastors, Lead Pastors, and Evangelists during their ministry, Pastors Scott and Christina have a heart to soak in the presence of God through worship, preach the uncompromised Word of God, and win the lost. Pursuing God and Pursuing People is their greatest desire, and the heartbeat of Pursue Church.
Worship and Kids Pastors
Christian & Kat Caldwell
Christian and Kat are a dynamic couple who have such a heart for ministry and people. Christian has served in worship for many years and has such a gift and anointing to lead people into the life changing presence of God in worship. His knowledge and leadership in worship, along with his hunger for God’s presence help set the atmosphere for the Holy Spirit to do amazing things in people’s lives.
Kat has a background in children’s ministry and serves as Pursue Church’s Children’s Director. She loves kids and has a passion to teach them from a young age about the love and word of God. Her creativity and desire to impact children’s lives for God is a recipe for creating world changers.
Administrative Assistant
Jocelyn Caldwell
Jocelyn serves as Pastor’s Administrative Assistant. She loves the Lord and brings such a professional look and feel to all she puts her hands on. She is also an anointed worship leader and serves on the worship team here at Pursue.
